Why I Lead With Empathy

I started Lead with Empathy based on the fundamental belief that understanding different people's lived experiences helps us build empathy, and that empathy influences not only how we view the world but how we lead and make decisions.
Our empathy enables us to lead differently and be better, more inclusive leaders. Through coaching, consulting, and practical tools, I help organizations build cultures where empathy is not just encouraged, but embedded in systems, processes, and organizational culture.

About Me

I’m a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategist, inclusive leadership coach, and people-first problem solver with over a decade of experience in HR, DEI, and Talent strategy. I have built enterprise DEI strategies, coached HR and executive leaders, and led high-impact programs across talent acquisition, performance management, and learning. I have a track record of driving measurable change and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.

With experience across high-growth startups and global brands including Nike, Strava, UserTesting, VMware, Accenture, and BCG — I've supported thousands of employees through change, growth, and cultural transformation. Whether I’m advising senior leaders, coaching people managers, or facilitating team conversations, my approach is always practical, grounded, and built for real life,
not just theory.
